Medial Epicondylosis (Golfer’s elbow) is the irritation of the wrist flexor tendons resulting in pain and weakness. This condition is common in labourers, baseball players and as the name suggests golfers. Golfer’s elbow is aggravated by repetitive wrist movements. Physiotherapy can help by addressing pain through therapeutic modalities, hands-on techniques, exercises to strengthen the flexor tendons and education on braces and how to minimize aggravating activities.
